At Totality Medispa & Skincare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty regimen. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our client services team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your package back to our Medispa facility using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of your skincare products.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
